To submit a nomination, use the form below to upload:

  • A candidate statement of up to 500 words to explain what you hope to achieve as a member of the SoA board (Word or text)
  • A photograph of yourself
  • Brief letters of support from two other members who have agreed to nominate you (Word or text)

Your statement, photograph and the names of your nominators will be shared with members when the elections open in September.
