East Anglian Writers: Talking about Joseph Roth

Join East Anglian Writers on Saturday 19 November from 2pm and hear biographer Keiron Pim in conversation with literary translator Amanda Hopkinson about the acclaimed European novelist and essayist Joseph Roth.

Keiron Pim is the author of critically acclaimed Jumpin’ Jack Flash: David Litvinoff and the Rock’n’Roll Underworld which was longlisted for the Gordon Burn Prize and shortlisted in the Wales Book of the Year Awards’ category for Creative Non-Fiction. He has written articles for the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph and the Spectator. Alongside his writing, Pim works as a proofreader, an editor and a mentor to aspiring non-fiction authors. He lives in Norwich with his wife and three daughters. Endless Flight: The Life of Joseph Roth has been recently published by Granta.

The talk will take place in the Vernon Castle Room (top floor), Millennium Library, Norwich, NR2 1AW. Please arrive at 2pm for the talk from 2.30-4pm.
