Karen Arthur is an ex-teacher turned fashion designer, sewing tutor and podcast host who is an advocate for using the power of fashion to aid good mental wellbeing with Wear Your Happy. Karen speaks openly on loneliness, diversity in menopause and the benefits of ageing, and runs workshops teaching people across demographics how to Wear Your Happy in your own wardrobes.
