France Group: The Publishing Landscape

Join the France Group on Wednesday 31 May from 8pm for our next online meet-up. This month, we will be joined by Ambre Morvan, SoA advisor, who will talk about the publishing landscape and the key actors of the publishing industry in France. Ambre will also talk about what to expect in French publishing agreements. Please email Ambre your questions in advance, if possible. There will be time for discussion at the end of the session.

Ambre is a Contracts and Public Policy Advisor at the Society of Authors where she advises members on contracts and industry issues. Before joining the SoA, Ambre worked as an in-house legal counsel at the Société des Gens de Lettres in Paris. She co-coordinates the Translators Association and also works on the SoA’s public policy.
