How to Work Well from Home

27 May @ 15:00 - 15:45 BST

While the world deals with the impact of COVID-19, more and more people are getting used to remote working while self-isolating, with authors and the self-employed dealing with the impact the outbreak is having on their ability to work. In this session, Matthew Knight, founder of Leapers, will offer advice to anyone who is suffering from the impact of the pandemic on their work, lifestyle and mental health – and suggest tips for working well from home.

The session will look at ways to maintain positive mental health and how that might look for you, using advice and tips from Leapers’ resources around coronavirus and mental health.

If you would like to send questions in advance, email Anna Ganley with ‘How to Work Well from Home – Question’ in the subject header.

The line-up

Matthew Knight is the founder of the freelance workers website Leapers – a hub of community support for self-employed workers, with useful resources and a platform for organisations to improve the experience of freelancers and the businesses hiring them. Leapers is the team for people without a team, supporting the mental health of freelancers and the self-employed.
