Tufnell Park Writers: Meet the Publisher

Join Tufnell Park Writers on Wednesday 7 June from 7pm for their next in person get-together. This month, we will be joined by Tom Easton, Head of Production for Hachette Children’s Group. Tom has worked in the publishing industry for over 25 years and will discuss the ins and outs of publishing books for children. There will be plenty of time for your questions.

Tom is a best-selling author who has written fiction for all ages and has published more than forty books. He has written under a number of different pseudonyms in a variety of genres. Subjects include vampires, pirates, pandemics and teenage agony aunts (not all in the same book). He lives in Surrey with his wife, three children and three cats. His latest book is Max Magic, co-written with Stephen Mulhern and published by Piccadilly Press. Tom has won the Coventry Book Award, been shortlisted for the Leeds, Lancashire and Portsmouth Book Awards, and nominated for the Carnegie Awards!
