Alessio joined the SoA in October 2021 on a Kickstart placement. He currently works within the Membership team fielding phone and emails enquiries.

Lilly Brend-Fish
Lilly joined the SoA in May 2021. She works within the Events and Local Groups departments and is the Group Coordinator of the Authors with Disabilities and Chronic Illnesses Network.
Catherine Pocock
Catherine joined the SoA in October 2021. She works on the SoA’s policy, campaigns and lobbies Government on behalf of members. Catherine is the coordinator of the Educational Writers Group.
Heather Parry
Sitting within the SoA’s policy and campaigns team, Heather Parry joined the SoA as Senior Policy and Liaison Manager for Scotland from February 2022. Ambre joined the SoA on October 2021. She advises members on publishing contracts and issues. She also works on the SoA’s public policy.

Johanna joined the SoA in October 2021. She advises members on publishing contracts and issues, and works closely on the SoA’s outreach programme. Johanna is the coordinator for the SoA’s Poetry and Spoken Word Group.
